摘要
研究了用盐酸从废弃荧光粉中浸出稀土,考察了盐酸浓度、液固体积质量比、反应温度、反应时间、搅拌速度对稀土浸出率的影响,确定了较优的浸出条件。试验结果表明:在盐酸浓度2mol/L、液固体积质量比5∶1、反应温度70℃、反应时间4h、搅拌速度150r/min条件下,稀土浸出率为83.45%。
Extracting rare earth from waste phosphor using hydrochloric acid was studied. The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration, the ratio between liquid volume and solid mass, reaction tempera- ture, reaction time and stirring speed on extraction of rare earth were investigated. The results show that at the optimum leaching conditions which are hydrochloric acid concentration of 2 mol/L,liquid- solid ratio of 5: 1 ,reaction temperature of 70 ℃ ,reaction time of 4 h and stirring speed of 150 r/min, the leaching rate of rare earth is 83.45%.
