摘要 研究了用计算流体动力学软件Fluent数值模拟双层桨搅拌槽内流场,分析了不同层间距对双层桨速度场的影响。结果表明:对于双层桨,当层间距小于桨径时,两层桨叶产生的流动能够很好地连接起来,搅拌效果较好;当层间距大于等于桨径时,两桨叶各自形成循环,槽内流体有分区流动现象;两层桨叶之间的最佳间距,应略小于桨径。 The flow fields of dual-layer impellers in the agitation tank was numerical stimulated by the fluent software. The influence of the different interlayer spaces on the speed field were studied. The results show that for the dual-layer stirring paddle, when the distance of the impellers is smaller than the stirring paddle diameter,the flow by the dual-layer stirring paddle could connect with each other, therefore its stirring effect is good. When the distance becomes longer, flow of the dual-layer paddels form own cycle, the fluid in the agitation tank flows partition. There is a best distance between the paddels,which would be a little smaller than the stirring paddle diameter.
