阐述了采用粉煤灰直接压片并用X射线荧光光谱法直接测定粉煤灰中常量元素组分含量的试验方法,且从样品均匀性、X射线衍射(XRD)数据、制样压力、颗粒的均匀性、精密度试验和正确度试验等方面进行了试验分析,说明采用X射线荧光光谱法直接测定粉煤灰元素含量该方法可行。

This paper introduced a research method of using fly ash tablets prepared by direct compression to do the determination of constant elements content in coal ash with X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.Moreover,from the aspects like sample homogeneity,data from XRD,pressure of sampling,particle size uniformity,precision test and accuracy test,the feasibility of using X ray fluorescence spectrometry to do the determination of constant elements content in coal ash was approved.
