精煤沉降离心机不同运行状态的选择探讨

Discussion on Choice of Different operation statuses of Clean coal sedimentation centrifuge

通过对试验数据的分析,探讨了精煤沉降离心机在不同运行状态下的指标变化及其对精煤压滤机运行效果的影响。探讨结果表明:应根据煤质情况调整沉降离心机运行状态,并合理选择沉降离心机溢流堰高度、适宜的浓度和处理量,以控制浮选精煤指标及提高精煤压滤机效率。

Through the analysis of experimental data,this paper discussed the indices variation of different operation statuses of clean coal sedimentation centrifuge and how it affected the operation circumstances of clean coal pressure filter,the results showed that：the operation status of sedimentation centrifuge should be adjusted according to the coal quality,moreover,the altitude of downflow weir,suitable concentration and handing capacity of the sedimentation centrifuge should be chosen correctly,which could control the floatation clean coal indices and improve the efficiency of pressure filter.
