摘要
目的:为不同部位断足掌再植提供理论基础和有关数据。方法:用体视学方法对66倒成人跖底动脉、神经进行观测。结果:1~4跖底动脉主要存在于断层8、9,动脉径值和面积按顺序依次减少;1~4跖底总神经主要存在于断层7、8、9。结论:不同断层平面再植吻接跖底动脉由内向外侧吻接,但跖底总神经吻接应根据足部感觉功能。
Objective: To provide theoretical basis and relative data for replantation of plantar feet at dif-ferent section. Methods: Plantar metatarsal arteries and common digital plantar nerves in 66 adult cadavers weremeasured with stereomicroscope. Results: The external diameter and the sectional area of plantar metatarsal ar-teries reduced in proper order from the first to the fourth plantar metatarsal artery, these arteries were mainlypresent at section 8 and 9. Common digital plantar nerves from the first to the fourth were chiefly present at sec-tion 7,8 and 9. Conclusion: The replantation of plantar metatarsal arteries at different section should be anasto-mosed from internal to external, but the anastomosis of common digital plantar nerves should be dependent on thesensory function of foot.
