摘要
血府逐淤汤高浓度下可降低免疫超常小鼠血清过高的IL-2含量至正常水平;低浓度下可使免疫低下小鼠血清IL-2增高至正常水平;对免疫功能正常状态小鼠血清IL-2含量无影响。高浓度血府逐淤汤可使异常降低的SIL-2R水平升至正常;低浓度血府逐淤汤可使异常升高的SIL-2R水平降低,但血府逐淤汤对正常水平SIL-2R无影响。提示血府还淤汤对机体细胞免疫应答的影响具有剂量依赖性及双向性调节的特点,并且取决于机体当时的状态。
Xuefuzhuyu soup in high concentration could reduce the level of IL - 2 in the serum of mice with a higher immune to the normal level, the soup in low concentration could increase the level of IL - 2 in theserum of mice with a weak immunity to the normal level, but it had no effect on the mice with a normal immunefunction. Meanwhile the soup in high concentration could increase the lower level of SIL - 2R to the normal lev-el, the soup in low concentration could reduce the higher level of SIL - 2R to the normal level, and it had no ef-fect on the normal level of SIL - 2R. The results suggested that Xuefuzhuyu soup affeted the immune reactions of the body cells with the adjustable characters of dose dependence and double directions, and it was decided by thebody states at that time.
