摘要 2003年,法国学者Abifadel等首次报道前蛋白转化酶枯草溶菌素9(proproteinconveasesubtilisin/kexintype9,PCSK9)基因突变引起常染色体显性高胆固醇血症(autosomaldominanthypercholester0Iemia,ADH)。
