摘要
护场理论是中医外科判断疮疡发生、发展及预后的一种理论。本文依据电子版中华医典检索结果在北京中医药大学图书馆、首都图书馆、国家图书馆进行核对,对护场理论的提出、形成及发展过程进行整理,归纳护场形成后的临床表现,讨论护场与应、应候、满天星之间的关系,探讨围刺治疗在促进护场形成中的作用及意义。
The Hu-Chang is a theory to deciding the beginning, development, and the outcome of the pyocutaneous disease in TCM. Based on the results of Zhong-Hua-Yi-Dian optical disk, the contents were checked out in the library of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Capital Library of China, and National Library of China. The propositi and development of Hu-Chang were summarized. The relationship between I-Iu-Chang, Ying, Ying-Hou, and Man-Tian-Xing were generalized. It also discussed the promoted effect of Wei-Ci treatment in the formation of Hu-Chang.
