中西医结合治疗对妊娠合并血小板减少性紫癜的影响

The Effect of Integrative Treatment for Pregnant Women with Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

目的:观察中西医结合治疗妊娠合并ITP的疗效。方法:纳入妊娠合并ITP患者65例随机分为对照组34例和治疗组31例,对照组给予常规糖皮质激素和丙种球蛋白治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药治疗,观察治疗前后患者疾病疗效、中医证候改善以及对分娩及新生儿结局的影响。结果:2组血小板计数及出血情况均得到改善,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而中药治疗组患者中医证候改善显著优于对照组(P>0.05),对分娩及新生儿结局亦有改善趋势(P=0.052)。结论:中西医结合治疗可缓解妊娠合并ITP病情,改善中医证候,对本病有较好疗效。

Objective： Observation of clinical efficacy of Integrative treatment for pregnant women with Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura. Methods： Sixty-five pregnant women with Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura were randomly divided into control group, 34 cases and the treatment group, 31 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional glueocorticoid ＆ gamma globulin, while treatment group treated with conventional glucocorticoid ＆ gamma globulin combined with Chinese herbal medicine. Disease remission, the TCM syndromes improvement, as well as childbirth and neonatal outcomes were observed before and after the intervention. Resuhs：Platelet count and bleeding of the two groups of patients were improved, but no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）, while the treatment group clinical symptom improvement was significantly better than the control group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, childbirth and neonatal outcome also improved trend （P = 0. 052）. Conclusion： Integrative treatment could alleviate disease of pregnancy with ITP, improve TCM syndromes. In conclusion, integrative treatment has a good effect on pregnant women with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.
