摘要
新疆吐哈盆地水资源匮缺,已严重制约经济社会的发展。基于水资源循环经济理念,结合吐哈盆地水资源特点与开发利用现状以及经济社会发展前景,初步提出了实现水资源优化配置的思路。
A serious scarcity of water resources in the Tulufan- Hami（ Tuha） Basin in Xinjiang,NW China has greatly limited the local social and economic development. Based on a concept of circular economy of water resources and combined with the characteristics of regional water resources in the Tuha Basin,as well as the present situation of exploitation and utilization of local water resources,we firstly proposed a method to optimize the local water resources allocation.
