汇流区水土保持综合治理是水库提能达标的重要途径

Confluence Zone Comprehensive Control of Soil and Water Conservation is an Important Way to the Reservoir to the Standard

中坝水库是乐都县湟水南岸山区的一项重要的蓄水灌溉工程,其汇流区严重的水土流失,直接影响到水库的使用寿命,同时上游水源日趋减少,严重威胁着中坝乡十三村群众的饮水及阿兰工业园区用水安全。因此,对汇流区实施水土保持生态工程是一项民心、德政工程,是人与自然和谐相处的具体体现,确保水库安全,使效益正常发挥,做到水资源可持续利用。对汇流区生态建设提出具体对策和主要措施,并对水土保持综合治理工作提出了一些建议。

Zhongba reservoir is an important water irrigation project in our county Huangshui River south mountain,the serious soil and water loss of its confluence zone,directly affect the service life of the reservoir,at the same time,the upstream water is decreasing,a serious threat to the people drinking water of Thirteen village,Zhongba township and the Alan Industrial Park’s water security. So it is a common feelings of people and benevolent rule project to actualize ecological engineering of soil and water conservation in the confluence zone,it is the embodiment of harmony between man and nature,ensure the safety of reservoirs,make the benefit normal play,achieve the sustainable use of water resources. This paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures and main measures of ecological construction in confluence area,and some suggestions for comprehensive control of soil and water conservation is proposed.
