中暑病人血液生化检查结果与临床及预后关系探讨

A STUDY ON RELATIONS BETWEEN BLOOD BIOCHEMICAL EXAMINATION RESULTS AND CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS AND PROGNOSIS IN THE PATIENTS OF HEAT APOPLEXY

目的 :研究、探讨中暑病人血液生化检查结果与临床及预后的关系。方法 :选择 15 2例中暑住院病人的临床资料及血液生化检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果 :先兆中暑和轻症中暑病人临床表现典型 ,血液生化改变以电解质紊乱和血糖升高为主 ;重症中暑病人的生化检查除有上述异常外 ,还有血清酶学异常和血清铁的下降 ,其临床表现特殊而复杂 ,日射病患者体温不太高 ,有的甚至可出现呼吸衰竭或心跳、呼吸停止 ;本组病人经就近积极救治 ,全部治愈。结论 :中暑病人的血液生化检查结果对中暑病人的临床分型、病情及预后判断有一定参考价值。要就地或就近积极救治中暑病人 ,特别要重视特殊类型的中暑病人 。

OBJECTIVE:To study relations between blood biochemical examination results and clinical manifestations and prognosis in the patients of heat apoplexy. METHOD:The clinical data and blood biochemical examination results of 152 cases of inpatients of heat apoplexy were retrospectively analysed.RESULTS:The clinical manifestations of aura and mild heat apoplexy were typical,whose blood biochemical examinational results were mainly electrolytic disorder and glucose raise.Blood biochemical examinational results of severe heat illness were various enzymes increase and iron decrease, abnormal serume enzyme,whose clinical manifestations were special and complex:Temperature of patients of the sunstroke was not very high,but some patients had respiratary failure,or went so far as to be heartbeat and respiration arest. All cases in this article were cured.CONCLUSION:Blood biochemical examination results have certain value in diagnosis,clinical type,patient's condition and prognosis judgement of heat apoplexy.We shall pay great attention to treat active patients of heat apoplexy on the spot or nearby and give emergency treatment to the patients of special type heat apoplexy,especially the sunstroke.
