转子下旋转截骨术治疗儿童股骨头缺血性坏死疗效观察

The Observation of the Results of Undertrochanteric Derotation Osteotomy of Legg-Perthes Diseases in Children

目的 :探讨转子下旋转截骨术对儿童股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法 :对 2 6例 (30髋 )年龄在 6～ 12岁 ,属Catteral分类Ⅱ、Ⅲ级股骨头缺血性坏死患儿采用转子下旋转截骨术治疗并进行临床分析。结果 :优 2 2髋 ,良 6髋 ,差 2髋 ,优良率 93.3%。结论 :对年龄偏小、Catteral分类为Ⅱ、Ⅲ级的股骨头缺血性坏死 ,施行转子下截骨术治疗效果较理想。

Objective:to investigate the effect of undertrochanteric derotation of Legg Perthes diseases in children.Metheds:The clinical analysis of 26 cases of legg Perthes diseases.The follow up period extended to 2～5 years.93% of the cases lelong to group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ according to catterals′ classification.Results:The results of the Trealment were divided to excellent,good and poor according to Mose′s criteria based on the linical and x ray findings.Excellent results were seen in 22hips good in 6hips and poor in 2hips.Conclusion:the sick children of more than 7 years age,with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ according Catterals classification should undergo undertrochanteril derotation osteotomy.
