摘要
采用HN03-H2O2混合酸密闭微波消解处理植物样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP—OES)测定植物样中P、Zn、Ba、Fe、Mn、Mg、Ca、Sr等8种微量元素,确定植物样品中多种元素同时测定的方法。各元素的检出限为0.02—0.92μg/g,加标回收率为92.6%~105.1%,精密度为1.46%-5.94%。经国家植物一级标准物质验证,方法具有较好的准确性和重现性,操作流程短,检出限低,基体干扰小,可用于植物样品的批量分析。
Microwave digestion method was used to decompose the plant samples and plasmaoptical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was used to determine eight elements of P,Zn,Ba,Fe,Mn,Mg,Ca,Sr in sample solution. The detection lim- its of the method for the elements are from 0.02 μg/g to 0.92 μg/g. Recoveries for different elements are between 92. 6% and 105.1% with precision of 1.46% -5.94% RSD. The method reappearing is good. This method has a good ve- racity and repeatability, based a new method to determine manifold trace elements of plants in the same time.
