摘要
油罐车道路运输占据了货物运输市场相当大的一部分,在运输过程中危险性强、危害性大,且发生的事故往往是灾难性的事故,极易造成人员伤亡、环境污染和财产损失,甚至影响到社会的稳定。因此,研究油罐车道路运输的安全工作具有重要的现实意义。本文以2006年6月3日1时40分,京珠高速从化棋杆路段上,由于车辆碰撞导致甲醇泄漏,发生燃烧事故为例,运用事故树的方法分析出火源和甲醇泄漏是这次事故发生的主要原因,然后对燃烧危险性进行定量的分析,得出人员避难和消防队员灭火的安全距离,在此基础上得出一些有规律性的结论,为有关危险品道路运输企业的决策提供依据,从而使危险品道路运输企业的事故概率有所降低。
Tanker road transportation occupies a considerable part of the cargo transport market. There is strong risk, hazards in the transportion, and the transportation accidents are often easy to cause casualties, environmental pollution , damage to property and even affect the social stability. Therefore, study of oil tankers' safety of road transport is of great practical significance. Based on the burning accident due to methanol leaks on the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway Conghua Qigan sections, on June 3, 2006 at 1= 40, appliying fault tree analysis, and according to that fire and leakage of methanol are the main causes of the accident, the safe distances for the person and firefighter extinguishing were drawed by a quantitative analysis of the burning danger. On this basis, some regularity conclusion provids a basis for enterprise decisions about dangerous goods road transport, so that reduce the probability of dangerous goods accident on road transport .
