临床药师对围手术期预防应用抗菌药物干预后的分析评价

Evaluation of antibiotics on preoperative period after clinical pharmacists intervention

目的评价临床药师对围手术期预防应用抗菌药物干预后用药情况。方法抽取围手术住院病历360份,其中临床药师干预前(2010年10-12月)180份,干预后(2012年10-12月)180份,根据抗菌药品合理使用标准进行评价。结果临床药师干预后,我院围手术期预防性抗菌药物使用率显著下降,抗菌药品用药时机、疗程的合理性明显提高。结论通过临床药师对围手术抗菌药品使用的干预,我院围手术期用药合理性有所提高,临床药师对规范抗菌药品的使用有所成效。

Objective To evaluate the preventive use of antimicrobial agents during perioperative period be- fore and after intervention by clinical pharmacists. Methods A total of 360 perioperative surgical records were ration- ality selected, 180 records were selected from October to December 2010 （before intervention） , and 180 recors were selected from October to December 2012 （after intervention）, antibiotics were evaluated in accordance with the criteria for the rational use of antibiotics. Results The prevention perioperative use of antibiotics usage rate decreased signifi- cantly,the rationality of the course of antibacterial drug use had increased significantly. Conelusion The clinical phar- macists play an important role in the rational use of antimicrobial agents in the perioperative period.
