临床药师干预我院心内科介入诊疗抗菌药物预防使用效果分析

Analysis of clinical pharmacist's intervention in preventive use of antimicrobial agents in the interventional diagnosis and treatment in cardiology department of our hospital

目的评价我院临床药师参与抗菌药物干预前后心内科介入诊疗预防用药情况。方法选取2011年1-6月心内科141例心脏介入诊疗病例作为干预前组,2012年1-6月179例作为干预后组,对抗菌药物使用率、选用品种、平均用药时间进行汇总分析,比较干预前后抗菌药物使用情况。结果实施干预后,抗菌药物使用率由83.69%降至10.61%,术后用药≤24 h比例由93.22%升高至100%,平均用药时间由(26.64±10.78)h降至24 h。结论通过临床药师的药学干预,我院心内科介入诊疗的抗菌药物预防用药水平显著提高。

Objective To evaluate the preventive antimicrobial agents use in interventional diagnosis and treat- ment before and after intervention by clinical pharmacists in cardiology department of our hospital. Methods 141 pa- tients with cardiac interventional diagnosis and treatment from January to June 201l in cardiology department of our hospital were selected as the pre-intervention group, while 179 cases from January to June 2012 were selected as the post-intervention group. The use rate, variety and average medication procedure of antimicrobials were summarized and analyzed. The situation of anfimicrobial drugs use was compared before and after the intervention. Results After inter- vention, the antimicrobials use rate decreased from 83.69% to 10. 61% , the ratio of postoperative medication below 24 h increased from 93.22% to 100 % , the average medication time decreased from （26. 64 ± 10. 78 ）h to 24 h. Conclusion The level of preventive use of antimicrobial agents in the interventional diagnosis and treatment in cardiology depart- ment of our hospital shows significant increase after the intervention by clinical pharmacists.
