摘要
目的总结近年来甲氨蝶呤在国外临床应用的不良反应报道及处置措施,为合理用药提供参考。方法检索国外有关甲氨蝶呤不良反应的文献并进行分析。结果甲氨蝶呤可引起患者多个系统的不良反应,其中以骨髓抑制最为常见和严重。结论临床应重视甲氨蝶呤不良反应的危害性,需要掌握甲氨蝶呤不良反应后的处置措施,确保患者用药安全。
Objective To summarize adverse reactions reported and disposal measures of methotrexate a- broad,provide a reference for the clinical use of drugs. Methods By the means of collecting and analyzing foreign lit- eratures. Results Methotrexate can cause adverse reactions in a variety of systems, the main and serious adverse reac- tion was bone marrow suppression. Conclusion The clinical staff should pay attention to the dangers of methotrexate adverse reactions, and have an intimate knowledge of the disposal measures to ensure the safe use of drugs.
