摘要
目的研究莫西沙星注射剂的配伍问题。方法检索、分析近年来有关莫西沙星注射剂配伍禁忌的国内医药文献。结果莫西沙星注射剂与头孢唑林、头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠等多种抗菌药物、中药注射剂存在配伍禁忌。结论应避免将莫西沙星注射剂与头孢唑林、头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠等药物配伍。
Objective To study the incompatibility of moxifloxacin injection with the other drugs. Methods Domestic medical literatures about moxifloxacin injection incompatibility were searched and analyzed. Results Moxi- floxacin injection has incompatibility with cefazolin, cefoperazone-sulbactam and other antibacterial drugs, and tradition- al Chinese Medicine injection. Conclusion The compatibility of moxifloxacin injection with cefazolin, cefoperazone- sulbactam, etc. should be avoided.
