益龙血脉通胶囊对麻醉猫血液动力学的影响

Effect of Yi Long Xue Mai Tong Capsule on the Hemodynamics in Anesthetized Cats

目的:观察益龙血脉通胶囊对血液动力学的影响。方法:用多道生理记录仪和电磁流量计记录麻醉状态下猫的各项血液动力学指标。结果:益龙血脉通胶囊可使左心室压力、左心室压力最大变化速率、心输出量、心脏指数、脑血流量等明显增加,对平均动脉压、外周血管阻力没有明显影响。结论:益龙血脉通胶囊可使心脏收缩力和心脏泵血功能增强,从而使心输出量增加;它对外周血管的扩张作用较弱,但可使脑血管阻力下降,脑血流量明显增加。

Objective:To study the effects of Yi Long Xue Mai Tong Capsule(YL) on hemodynamics Methods:The parameters of hemodynamics were determined by polygraph system and electromagnetic blood flowmeter in anesthetized cats Results:YL could markedly build up the left ventricular pressure,raise maximal rate of change in the left ventricular pressure and increase cardiac output,cardiac index and blood flow of brain,but had no notable effect on average arterial pressure and total peripheral vessel resistance Conclusion:YL could enchance the contractility and blood-pumping function of the heart,and thereforeincrease cardiac output It could also reduce vessel resistance and increase the blood flow of the brain,but had no notable effect on the peripheral resistance
