摘要
目的:探讨磁处理粮食白酒电导率的变化。方法:用电导率仪,平行测定磁处理和未经磁处理的白酒、乙醇、自来水和蒸馏水的电导率。结果:磁处理白酒的电导率上升00967×102μscm;磁处理无水乙醇的电导率升高0080×μscm;磁处理蒸馏水的电导率下降了0045μscm;磁处理自来水的电导率上升0002×103μscm;磁处理白酒、无水乙醇、蒸馏水的电导率,均达到统计学上的显著水平。结论:磁处理白酒电导率变化的主要原因,不是来自乙醇,而是由于自来水的电导率变化所致。
Objective:The aim of present study ws to evaluate the effects of magnetization on electrical conductivity of alcoholic drink,alcohol,tapwater and distilled water Methods:The electrical conductivity of both magnetized and unmagnetized liquids were measured by using the electrical conductivity instrument Results:The electrical conductivity increased 0 0967×10 2μs/cm,0 080μs/cm and 0 002×10 3μs/cm in magnetized liquor,alcohol and tapwater,but markedly decreased in magnetized distilled water,respectively,compared with the unmagnetized liquids Conclusion:The present finding led to support the idea that the increase of electrical conductivity in magnetized liquor was associated with the elevation of electrical conductivity in tapwater of the liquor,but not in alcohol itself
