尼莫地平对小鼠血清及脏器NO含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨服用尼莫地平后一氧化氮含量的变化。方法:采用改良的Griess方法,测定了小鼠血清及脏器中NO含量。结果:02mgkg当天组血清NO含量(219±068)mgL高于对照组(075±022)mgL,差异非常显著(P<001);心脏及肝脏中NO含量分别为(266±078)μgg和(139±021)μgg,与对照组(360±061)μgg和(258±058)μgg比较,差异均非常显著(P<001)。结论:服用尼莫地平后血清及心脏NO含量增加。 Objective:To observe the change of Nitric Oxide(NO) content in serum and organs of the mice after Nimodipine administration Methods: NO concentration in serum and NO content in organs were measuredby modified Griess method in both Nimodipine and control group Results:NO concentration in serum and NO content in myocardium in the Nimodipine group were muchhigher than those in control group (P<0 01) Conclusion:The increase of NO level in serum and NO content in myocardium was associated with the Nimodipine administration,but the mechanism by which Nimodipine affected NO metabolism, or not is unclear and remains to be further studied
