中国荔枝的发祥地和汉代进贡地考析

An Investigation of Place of Origin of Chinese Lychee and Its Tributary Region in the Han Dynasty

荔枝是我国南方亚热带地区的水果,大约在春秋战国时期从野生品种驯化为人工栽培果树,经历了漫长岁月的发展。荔枝不仅推广到全国气候适合的省份栽种,还被引种移植到国外20多个国家。该文从西汉帝都上林苑荔枝移植地、两汉晋贡地、荔枝进贡道及荔枝移植流播发展史考析,得出结论是:广西苍梧县境内包括梧州市区一带是荔枝发祥地和两汉进贡地。

Lychee is a fruit tree in the subtropical area of south China. Approximately during China＇ s Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period, lychee was domesticated from a wild plant into an artificially-cultivated fruit tree, experiencing a long his- tory of evolution. Now, it is planted not only in the provinces with suitable climate of China but also in more than 20 foreign countries. Having become a kind of material culture, lyehee is now developing continuously. China is the place of origin of lychee and, in the development of material civilization, has made great achievements in spiritual and material culture, in which it has made a great eon- trlbution. It is justified for China to emphasize, value and cherish material cultural heritage of Chinese people so as to analyze it and protect it.
