摘要
为了解决机械产品模块化设计中的形式化描述问题,在可重构设计中引入可拓分析理论,建立产品物元模型,利用可拓理论的定性和定量分析方法,研究了基于物元模型的机械产品及其组成模块的选择、匹配和可拓变换。在该方法中,基于需求分析确定了产品的工艺指标,结合用户提出的产品基本特征和其他模糊指标,利用加权可拓距选择与设计目标最为匹配的原型产品作为重构对象。进而在对原型产品方案进行模块分解的基础上,利用模块物元的可拓变换,研究了基于发散思维的产品模块化可拓设计以及对拓展结果的收敛与评价。以机床产品的可重构设计为例,对该方法进行了说明。
To better describe and optimize the product development process,an improved model for product development process based on design structure matrix was proposed.The description of information exchange between tasks was improved by this model,and the method to estimate time and cost of product development process was proposed accordingly.Meanwhile,a comprehensive optimization method for both sequencing and overlapping was designed based on genetic algorithm which could find the best strategy for optimization objective.A computation example indicated that this method could optimize the development process better than the existing methods.
