摘要 为了更好地描述和优化产品开发过程,基于设计结构矩阵提出一种改进的产品开发过程模型。该模型改进了以往模型对任务间信息交互的描述,并据此提出了估算产品完工时间及成本的方法。同时,根据模型采用遗传算法设计了针对任务执行顺序和重叠度的一种综合优化方法,该方法可以根据优化目标求出最佳执行策略。算例验证表明,所提方法可以比已有方法更好地优化开发过程。 To better describe and optimize the product development process, an improved model for product development process based on design structure matrix was proposed. The description of information exchange between tasks was improved by this model, and the method to estimate time and cost of product development process was proposed accordingly. Meanwhile, a comprehensive optimization method for both sequencing and overlapping was designed based on genetic algorithm which could find the best strategy for optimization objective. A computation example indicated that this method could optimize the development process better than the existing methods.
