摘要
为了研究如何用解析法求解公差优化模型,提出装配精度约束是否有效的判别方法,给出了装配精度约束有效和无效两种情况下最优公差的不同解析表达式。针对加工精度约束,提出三种不同情况下最优公差的计算方法。基于以上分析,得到同时考虑装配精度约束和加工精度约束的最优公差解析解。实例证明,该方法不仅能够得到各组成环最优公差的解析解,还能够对各组成环的加工工艺方案进行全面评价。
To discuss the tolerance optimization model with analytical method,the decision method for assembly accuracy constraint was proposed.Different solution expression of optimal tolerance in the conditions of effective and ineffective assembly accuracy constraint were given.Aiming at the machining accuracy constraint,the calculation method for optimal tolerance with three different conditions was proposed.Based on above analysis,the analytical solution for optimal tolerance with consideration of both assembly accuracy constraint and machining accuracy constraint was obtained.Through the example,the proposed method was proved not only could obtain the analytical solution for optimal component tolerances,but also evaluate the machining process plan of each component fully.
