摘要
针对离散生产模式下产品制造过程的波动性,提出齐套制造概念。给出了关键工艺路线和标准投产批量的定义并研究了具体算法。定义了用于表示产品制造过程齐套性的齐套系数并给出了计算方法,基于齐套系数建立了齐套制造的评价模型。指出了实现齐套制造必须具备的前提条件,建立了齐套制造的执行规则。通过细化产品制造过程的管控粒度,有效缩短了生产周期,减少了在制品库存。
Aiming at the fluctuation of product manufacturing process under discrete production pattern, the concept of kit-manufacturing was proposed. The definition of key process routing and standard production batch was provided, and the specific algorithms were given. The kit-manufacturing coefficient for monitoring product manufacturing process was defined and the corresponding computing method was provided. The evaluation model for kit-manufacturing based on kit-manufacturing coefficient was constructed, and the precondition of achieving kit-manufacturing was pointed out. Through refining the control granularity in product manufacturing process, the production cycle was reduced effectively, and the inventory of work-in-process was descreased.
