摘要
为了提高机床的轮廓精度,研究了直线轴和旋转轴联动时的轮廓误差耦合控制方案,提出在空间直角坐标系下进行轮廓误差的描述和计算,再转化到机床坐标系下进行轮廓误差补偿控制;研究了一种"二点中值法"轮廓误差计算模型,并研究了轮廓误差补偿量计算方法。在数控实验台上驱动X直线轴和A旋转轴,跟踪一段直动从动件圆柱凸轮轮廓线刀具轨迹,对比试验表明所提方法可有效提高轮廓精度。
To improve the contour accuracy of machine tools, the contour error coupled-control scheme for linked lira ear axis and rotation axis was developed, and the contour error under space rectangular coordinate was described and computed which transformed to machine tools coordinate to compensate contour error. Moreover, a two-point median method contour error computing model and contour error compensated quantity computing method were researched. A straight moving follower column cam profile cutter path was tracked on a numerical control table with linked X linear axis and A rotation axis. The experiment results showed that the developed approach could improve contour accuracy effectively.
