基于Gamma过程的加速劣化系统模型及其最优视情维修策略 被引量:18

摘要 针对系统劣化速度会随役龄或维修次数的增加而逐渐加快的情况,将Gamma过程与几何过程相结合,提出一种加速劣化模型,研究了加速劣化系统的最优视情维修策略。利用更新过程理论求得系统平均费用率表达式,并给出最优检测、更换策略的数值求解算法。通过算例演示,从定量的角度分析了系统劣化速度的变化对最优检测、更换策略和系统平均费用率的影响。 Aiming at the problem that the speed of deteriorating system would accelerate gradually with the increase of enlistment age or maintenance frequency,an accelerated deteriorating system was presented by combining Gamma process with geometric process,and the condition-based maintenance strategy was considered.An explicit expression of average cost rate of system was given by using renewal process,and a numerical algorithm was given to obtain the optimal joint policy.Through numerical examples,the impact of the degeneration speed on optimal policy and average cost rate was studied quantitatively.
