摘要
现有的压实度测量方式各有优缺点,为了在工程应用中既保证精度,又能扬长避短、提高测量效率,在新建的高速公路沥青混凝土路面上分别使用无核密度仪法和钻芯取样法进行了压实度检测试验。分析两者测值之间的关系,通过MATLAB论证了其差值服从正态分布,进而计算在置信度为95%下的置信区间,提出了在置信区间内用简便的无核密度仪法替代钻芯取样法,来提高压实度的测量效率,并减少对路面完整性的破坏。
The existing measurement methods on compaction degree have their own advantages and disadvantages separately. In order to guarantee the accuracy during the construction, as well as to avoid the weakness and to improve the measuring efficiency, a test on compaction measurements done separately with the use of pave track TM plus and with core sampling method has been carried out to analyze the relations between predictive values obtained under the two methods. Through MTLAB, the difference value has been proved to obey normal distributions. Besides, confidence intervals whose confidence coefficient degree is below 95% have been calculated. Based on the above procedures, it is suggested that in the confidence intervals, core sampling method can be replaced by relatively simple pave track TM plus method. Thus, the measuring efficiency can be improved and the damage to the integrity of road surface can be decreased dramatically.
