加林赛是佤族一种具有代表性的民间休闲娱乐活动。文章从休闲学角度,深入发掘加林赛的内、外两种价值形式,着重剖析其内在人本休闲价值,认为继承发展其内在人本休闲价值是加林赛保持旺盛生命力的原因,也是其贡献给现代社会的核心价值。

Wa Galindo race is typical folk entertainment activity. From the perspective of leisure studies,the article deeply analyzes its both internal and external value forms,especially focusing on the inherited leisure development of its intrinsic value. It holds the view that to inherit and develop its leisure value is the main reason to maintain the vitality of Galindo race,and is the core value goal to contribute to modern society.
