对新建地方本科院校加强青年教师师德师风建设的探索

Research on the Ethics Construction of the Young Teachers in Newly-built Local Universities

新建地方本科院校开展青年教师师德师风建设是强化内涵发展、提高教育教学质量和实现人才培养目标的迫切需要。文章分析了新建地方本科院校开展师德师风建设的意义,指出当前新建地方本科院校青年教师师德师风建设的现状及存在的主要问题,并基于新建地方本科院校的教师教育发展模式特点,提出了加强青年教师师德师风建设的对策。

Ethics construction of young teachers is an urgent need for newly-built local universities to strengthen the connotation development,improve the quality of education and teaching,and realize the target of student cultivation. Situation and main problems are analyzed in the ethics construction of the young teachers,and the effective countermeasures are proposed to enhance the ethics construction basing on the development model of the teacher education in newly-built local universities.
