Effects of age on the coronary endothelial function in healthy subjects evaluated by cold pressor echocardiography

摘要 目的 应用冷加压试验超声心动图评价年龄对正常人冠状动脉内皮功能的影响。方法 对 35例不同年龄 [16~ 5 8岁 ,平均 (38± 14 )岁 ]的正常人进行二维超声心动图检查。超声显示冠状动脉左主干的长轴图像 ,分别在冷加压试验前后测量其内径 ,并计算内径变化百分率。结果 冷加压试验后 ,冠状动脉左主干内径从(3 .0± 0 .6 )mm扩张到 (3 .4± 0 .6 )mm ,内径变化百分率为 (12 .9± 5 .7) %。冠状动脉左主干内径变化百分率与年龄呈负相关 (r =0 .6 1,P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 随年龄的增加冠状动脉左主干内径百分变化率逐渐下降 ,提示年龄为影响正常人冠状动脉内皮功能的重要因素。 Objective To evaluate the effects of age on the coronary endothelial function in healthy subjects by transthoracic echocardiography during cold pressor test.Methods The diameter of left main coronary artery was measured before and after cold pressor test in 35 healthy subjects [16~58 years old, mean age (38±14) years]with transthoracic echocardiography.Results The cold pressor test induced the dilation of left main coronary artery from ( 3.0 ± 0.6 )mm to ( 3.4 ± 0.6 )mm. The percent change in diameter was ( 12.9 ± 5.7 )%. The percent change in diameter induced by cold pressor test (%CPT) was negatively correlated with age (age) (r= 0.61 ,P< 0.001 ).Conclusions Decreased magnitude of percent change in diameter of left main coronary artery induced by cold pressor test was observed in the present study, indicating that age is an important factor affecting the coronary endothelial function.
