摘要
本文针对大型除灰泵曲轴断裂问题,采用最优化方法确定了除灰泵曲轴静强度和刚度以及疲劳强度计算的工况。通过建立目标函数σ_i=f(x,θ)和σ=F(x,θmax,θmin),经优化计算得出了三曲拐二支点曲轴强度和刚度计算的合理工况,以及三曲拐二支点曲轴的受力特性曲线。在所确定工况下,应用有限元法对所研究除灰泵曲轴进行强度和刚度分析的结果和现场使用情况完全吻合,证明了计算的正确性和所确定强度及刚度计算工况的合理性。
In view of crankshaft damage in flushing packing plunger slurry pump,a method for determination of the condition of static and fatigue strength and rigidity calculation using the optimization is presented is this paper. By setting up the objective function σi=f(z,θ) and σa=F(x,θmax,θmin) and optimizing,a reasonable condition of static and fatigue strength and rigidity calculation of three crank-two support crankshaft and its load characteristic curve are given. The calculation and determined condition of strength and rigidity calculation have been proved to be valid by the fact that results of strength and rigidity computation of the crankshaft by using finite element method are identical with those obtained from practice.
