Weibo is becoming thumb way for net citizens to participate in social affairsand it plays a decisive role in monitoring and leading of internet public opinion. Below article proceeds from media function of weibo and explores the behavior features of weibo users, to discuss the weibo effects upon internet public opinions in eye of communications and critical studies,which aiming to encourage various weibo groups to develop healthy and harmo- nious internet public opinions.
