庆阳市城镇化发展的现状及对策

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Qingyang City's Urbanization

随着庆阳经济的不断发展和各县区新型城市的飞速崛起,庆阳市的城镇化正在从一个基础发展模式快速向先进的发展模式转变。但在城镇化建设过程中仍然存在着一些尚不能全面改正的问题,如在城镇化建设规划中对现状和未来的发展趋势认识不够明晰;城镇规划欠缺整体性、多样性,没有做到以实际现状为依据的规划和布局,建设过于死板;城镇行政管理体制及功能尚不完善,使得城镇承载力不强,发展速度相对滞后等。因而,本文从提高思想认识、完善城镇规划、加强农民培训、优化产业结构、强化管理职能和健全城镇功能等角度探讨了庆阳市城镇化的思路及对策,为使其高效、全面、稳健的发展奠定一个理论基础。

Along with the continuous development of the economy and the rapid rise of the new urban cities, the urbanization of Qingyang city develops from a base development mode to the advanced rapid one. Yet in the process of urbanization there still exist some problems： the present situation and the future development trend is not enough clearly understood; the planning and layout lacks integrity and diversity; the administrative system and function is still to be improved. Through a discussion on the problems and countermeasures of Qingyang city＇ s urbanization from the aspects of ideological understanding, optimization of industrial structure and strengthening the management function, this article lays a theoretical foundation for the city＇s efficient development.
