目的评估腺病毒荧光纳米颗粒快速检测试纸条的灵敏度和特异性。方法以培养的腺病毒、流感病毒、副流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒和肺炎支原体以及70例具有上呼吸道感染症状的患者的鼻拭子作为标本，分别同时用腺病毒荧光纳米颗粒快速检测试纸条和腺病毒胶体金快速检测试纸条检测。结果腺病毒荧光纳米颗粒快速检测试纸条的灵敏度高于胶体金快速检测试纸条；对甲、乙型流感病毒、副流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒和肺炎支原体无交差反应。结论腺病毒荧光纳米颗粒快速检测试纸条检测灵敏度高于胶体金快速检测试纸条，特异性良好。

Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of adenovirus （ADV） fluorescent nanoparticles rapid de- tection test strip. Methods The specimen including ADV, Influenza virus, parainfluenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus and Mycoplasma pneumoniae and 70 cases with symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection. The performance were analyzed after ADV fluorescent nanoparticles rapid detection test strip and colloidal gold rapid detection test strips were used to detect the same sample. Result The sensitivity of fluorescent nanoparticles rapid detection test strip is higher than colloidal gold rapid test strip and no specific reaction with influenza A virus, influenza B virus, parainfluenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus and mycoplas- ma pneumoniae. Conclusion The sensitivity of ADV fluorescent nanoparticles rapid detection test strip is higher than colloidal gold rapid detection test strip, and the specificity is good.
