导游员职业幸福感的缺失与思考 被引量:1

摘要 员工职业幸福感是社会运行状况和职工生活状态的"晴雨表"。导游员通过自我认知和社会认知获得职业幸福感。目前,导游员职业幸福感缺失问题严重,其原因包括从业人员素质不高,自我评价和价值取向低,缺乏自信心和社会认知度低等。导游员要做好导游工作,就要提高自身综合素质,增强心理抗压能力,保持乐观、健康的心态,热情周到地为游客服务;在工作中要努力实现个人社会价值,并从中体验和获得职业幸福感。 Staff professional happiness is the "barometer" of social status and staff living conditions. Guides get professional happiness through serf- awareness and social cognitive. Currently, guides are lack of professional happiness, its causes in- elude that quality of employees are not high, serf- evaluation and values are low, guides are lack of sell- confidence and so- cial awareness. If guides want to do a good job, they must improve their overall quality, enhance psychological resilience and remain optimistic and healthy attitude, service for tourists warmly and thoughtfully. They must strive to achieve their personal social values in their work, and experience and access to professional happiness.
