基于服务地方经济的广西独立学院经管类专业实践性教学体系的建构

广西独立学院经管类专业实践教学应紧紧围绕应用型和复合型人才培养目标,以实践能力、创业能力和创新能力作为培养重点,充分发挥经管类人才培养方案中各个专业技能模块的作用,实现学生的兴趣、就业趋向与各专业技能模块的有机融合,注重实际就业岗位对经管类人才知识结构、实践技能的需求,构建由课程实践教学和集中性实践教学组成的实践性教学体系,增强学生所学知识的复合性、现时性和应用性,提升学生的实践能力,更好地服务地方经济。

The economics and management specialties of Guangxi independent colleges should closely linke^t to application and compound oriented talent training objectives to practical ability, and give full play to the talent training scheme of administration in various professional skills of the module, to achieve the students＇ interest, employment trends and the professional skills of effective integration module, focusing on the needs of knowledge structure of practical skills by economies and management prac- tice base, to build practical teaching system composed by the practice teaching and concentration teaching, so as to achieve the composite, current, and applied knowledge of the students, and enhance the students＇ practical ability to better serve the local e- conomy.
