摘要
读者驱动采购(PDA)模式在高校图书馆受到热捧的同时使图书提供商(出版社)面临着利润损失的危险,这其中包括:销售金额减少、成本积压现象加剧、成本费用增加和纸质图书销量大幅降低等。出版社为解决这一严峻考验需及时调整销售策略,如将"馆际互借关系"变为出版社与图书馆之间的借阅关系、增加书目MARC数据导入、积极收集读者反馈信息、努力提升图书质量等,从而打破"零和博弈",实现双赢。
While Patron-Driven Acquisitions (PDA) gets warm welcome from university libraries, their book providers (presses) will face risks of profit loss, which include gross sales reducing, overstocking products increasing, production costs increasing and paper books sales decreasing significantly, and so on. Presses need to adjust their marketing strategies in time to solve the test, which include changing the relationship of ILL (Interlibrary Loan) among university libraries to the borrowing relationship between presses and libraries, increasing MARC records into OPAC in libraries, positively collecting feedback information of readers, improving the quality of books, and so on. Only the press takes those strategies, they could get beyond the zero-sum game and reach double-win.
