SoLoMo时代背景下,图书馆人需要理性思考移动图书馆服务的价值意义和理论基础。移动图书馆服务具有战略价值、空间拓展价值以及功能价值,并契合图书馆服务宗旨,维护信息公平、弥合数字鸿沟,延伸图书馆阵地服务,推动图书馆资源建设、促进数字资源使用,并趋向图书馆服务主流;图书馆人通过图书馆多样性理论、图书馆战略管理理论、社群信息学理论和图书馆权利理论的多元理论视角也可以更加理性地审视移动图书馆服务。

Under the time background of SoLoMo, librarians need to think about the value significance and the theoretical foundation of mobile library services rationally. Mobile library services have the strategic value, the space expansion value and the functional value, and conform to the library service aim, maintain the information equity and bridge the digital divide, outreach the on-site service of libraries, support the collection construction and promote the usage of the information resource, and trend to mainstream of library services in the future. And librarians would know better about mobile library services from pluralistic perspectives, such as the library diversity theory, the library strategic management theory, the community informatic theory and the theory of library rights.
