摘要
计算电容是目前电磁计量领域内除量子基准外准确度最高的装置。它是阻抗的基准;与量子霍尔电阻装置相结合,可以测量精细结构常数,对国际上重新定义基本单位有重要作用。本文介绍中国计量科学研究院正在开展的可动屏蔽型计算电容课题的情况,包括各方面的用途、原理、关键技术以及目前研究进展情况。
The calculable capacitor is the equipment with the lowest uncertainty in the electromagnetic metrology apart from the quantum standards. It will become an impedance primary standard, and can be used to determine the fine structure constant so that will give contribution to the redefinition of the base unites. The project of the calculable capacitor with a movable guard rod under construction in National Institute of Metrology is introduced. Its principle and function is reviewed, and applications for impedance traceability and for investigation of other fields are discussed. The realizing frame and the current situation of the project are reported.
