解析国家标准《建筑材料用导热系数和热扩散系数瞬态平面热源测试法》的编制背景、国内外相关标准和标准主要内容,解析瞬态平面热源测试方法的试验验证情况及创新点,并总结分析标准制定实施后的社会经济效益及环境效益。
Introduction and analysis are made on the formulation background of the national standard Determination of thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of building materials：transient plane heat source method, main content of the Standard and related Chinese and International standards. Test verification and innovation points of transient plane heat source method are explained and social economic and environmental benefits produced after implementation of this Standard are summarized and analyzed.
