茎直黄芪中生物碱苦马豆素提取方法比较研究

Comparison of extraction methods for swainsonine in Astragalus strictus

用微波辅助法和纤维素酶法提取茎直黄芪中有效成分苦马豆素,对两种方法提取效果进行比较。结果表明,纤维素酶法和微波辅助提取法提取茎直黄芪中有效成分苦马豆素提取率分别为39.41 mg/kg和92.64 mg/kg,微波辅助提取法提取效果较好。

In this study, microwave-assisted extraction and cellulose enzymatic extraction methods were used to extract the active ingredients swainsonine from Astragalus strictus, and the two extraction methods were compared. The results showed that the extraction rate by cellulose enzymatic extraction and microwave-assisted extraction was 39.41 mg/kg and 92.64 mg/kg, respectively, so microwave-assisted extraction present better extraction yield.
