糖尿病足感染诊治进展 被引量：6

摘要 糖尿病足感染（DFI）是糖尿病患者中常见的严重的并发症,常见于周围神经病变、组织缺血缺氧以及足部损伤.其感染的类型多样,包括蜂窝织炎、皮肤浅表感染性溃疡（丹毒）、深部软组织感染（脓肿、坏死性筋膜炎）、骨髓炎、坏疽（干性、湿性和气性）等[1].DFI的诊断主要基于溃疡处存在排脓,或者存在典型的炎症表现.通过量化表的诊断更加客观、有效.DFI的评估治疗应重视多学科团队合作,评估主要从影像和病原学两方面进行,严重者应住院治疗.目前主要有应用敏感抗生素、外科手术、外周血管病的治疗、骨髓炎治疗及清创、局部减压及伤口外敷保湿疗法等.早期诊断、早期治疗对于减少糖尿病足的发病率,特别是截肢率,是至关重要的.本文通过对DFI的诊断和治疗新进展作一综述.
