腰椎三维磁共振重建技术在经皮侧路椎间孔内窥镜手术中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨腰椎三维磁共振重建在经皮侧路椎间孔内窥镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用价值。方法收治腰椎间盘突出症患者36例,分为A、B两组,其中A组18例术前均行腰椎三维磁共振检查,B组18例行腰椎MR平扫,两组患者均采用经皮椎间孔内窥镜技术治疗,采用目测类比评分法(VAS)和日本整形外科学会制定的腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分表(JOA)评定疗效。结果手术后,两组VAS评分均较术前明显降低,JOA评分均较术前明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组手术时间短于B组,穿刺过程透视次数少于B组,一次穿刺成功率高于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用腰椎三维磁共振技术可以帮助精准定位穿刺,明显缩短经皮侧路内窥镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术时间,提高疗效。
