低能量体外冲击波对实验性膝骨关节炎兔膝关节软骨的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨低能量体外冲击波(ESW)对实验性膝骨关节炎(OA)兔膝关节软骨的影响。方法 30只新西兰大白兔随机分为对照组、模型组和ESW组3组,每组10只。对照组未造模,模型组和ESW组采用石膏固定6周建立膝OA模型;对照组和模型组不给予任何干预,ESW组给予能流密度为0.1 mJ/mm2、冲击次数为1 000次的ESW治疗。4周后,采用大体观察和组织学评价兔膝关节的大体观察和病理情况,并应用TUNEL方法检测兔膝关节软骨细胞凋亡的情况。结果 4周后,对照组兔膝关节软骨光滑,局部有略轻微磨损,软骨分层结构清楚;模型组兔膝关节表现出典型的OA病理变化;而ESW组兔膝关节软骨变薄,表面覆盖少量疏松的纤维组织,软骨表面部分修复,潮线不完整。ESW组膝关节Moran评分高于模型组,Mankin评分低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ESW组软骨细胞凋亡率低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低能量ESW对动物膝OA退行性改变具有良好的治疗作用。
