摘要
采用访谈法、实验法、数理统计法对异步教学法在运动人体类课程教学中实施进行分析,结果表明,实验班的学生在客观题得分和对照班相比不具有显著性差异(P>0.05),而实验班的学生在主观题得分与对照班相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05),实验班运动生理学成绩平均值普遍高于对照班.实施异步教学法后,学生主动思考问题的能力得到提高,学生在学习中将自身的运动实践与理论知识相结合,思维得到启发,促进了学生间交流,学生之间相互帮助的学习氛围浓厚.

Conclusion: implementation of the asynchronous average teaching method can improve the students' ability of active thinking, so that the students will own sports practice combining with theoretical knowledge, inspire students' thinking, to promote the exchange of students and help each other between the students, improve the classroom learning atmosphere.
