摘要
以喀什农村中小学教师在职培训需求为研究对象,利用问卷调查、访谈、观察和数据分析等方法,了解到当前喀什农村中小学教师都有强烈的参训需求.培训内容偏好汉语应用和新课标解析;培训方式倾向于观摩优秀教师教学实例.教师对自身专业水平认同度较低,结合自身条件,自主开展教学研究,提升专业水平的意识和能力不足.
In this study, in order to study the Kashi in rural primary and seconda~, school teachers in-service training requirement status entry point, through questionnaires, interviews, observations and data analysis, and summary levels and the degree of urgency of the various types of training needs of teachers, and teacher training needs guidance and optimization.The ways of training content they like best are mainly Chinese applications and the ways of training approaches are the new curriculum resolution; like approach to training is to observe outstanding teachers teaching examples, teachers lower their own professional standards of acceptance, with its own conditions independently carry, out teaching and research, to enhance the professional level awareness and lack of capacity.
