不同的医疗支付方式,会对居民就医意向产生一定的影响,也会影响卫生服务的效率和供给效果。该文通过调查,研究不同支付方式对患者就医的影响,指出电子支付的必要性,并结合该院实际,介绍了预付费电子支付系统架构、诊疗流程和实施效果,指出电子支付方式具有便利、安全、高效,易于被患者接受等特点。

Different means of health care payment affect both people＇s medical service seeking intention and efficiency and supply effectiveness of health care service. This paper, based on a survey, studies the effects of different payment means on patients medical service seeking. It points out the necessity of electronic payment, and by relating to our hospital actuality, introduces the framework of the prepaid electronic payment system, diagnosis and treatment process, and implementation outcome. The means of electronic payment is convenient, safe and efficient; therefore, it can be easily accepted by patients.
